Apex Services was founded in 2008 by Jennifer Walsh out of a simple frustration: too many companies made big promises and delivered mediocre work. She believed there was a better way — one built on transparency, accountability, and genuine craft.
What started as a one-person operation out of a home garage has grown into a team of 20+ dedicated professionals serving the greater Austin metro area. Every client, every project, every interaction is still guided by the same principle Jennifer started with: do it right the first time, or don't take the job.
Today, more than 80% of our new clients come through referrals from existing ones. That's the number we're most proud of.
